NAMC does so many little fun events for staff. CVICU nurses here getting a well-deserved snack on National Fudge Day 🍫

It may seem small and silly, but even efforts like these go a long way for staff and contribute to the Meaningful Recognition aspect of AACN’s Healthy Work Environment framework. 🤝🏼
