Employment interviews can be incredibly stressful—so this week, we decided to let our guys take the lead! 💼🧠

Instead of just practicing how to answer questions, we focused on teaching the men exactly what an employer looks for when building a team. Then, we flipped the script and put them in the employer's seat to conduct the interviews themselves.

Stepping into the interviewer’s shoes gave them a whole new perspective on the process, helping them see firsthand what stands out, what builds trust, and how to confidently present themselves when they step back into the hot seat. 🔄🚀

Yesterday, members of our leadership team had the incredible opportunity to tour the Tyson Foods World Headquarters! 🏢✨

A massive thank you to Chaplain Eakins for hosting us and guiding us through the campus. It was also wonderful to have Chaplain Jo and Russell from the Washington County and Benton County Sheriff's Offices join us for the tour. 🤝👮‍♂️

Northwest Arkansas has such an amazing, dedicated community of believers who truly live and breathe grace, accountability, and restoration daily. We are so grateful for these powerful partnerships as we work together to build stronger futures for our men! ❤️🌟

💼 It is Employment Week at CRI, and our guys have been putting in serious work to prepare for their futures! 🚀

We kicked off the week by diving into their Enneagram results to build self-awareness, followed by exploring their RIASEC scores to map out real career aptitudes. From there, it was straight into the tactical work: writing resumes, mastering mock interviews, and navigating mock hiring scenarios.

We also had some incredible community partners come in to speak directly with the men, including enterprise employers like Tyson Foods, MoistureShield, and 48/40 Solutions, to talk about real career paths. Oh, and we can’t forget a highly competitive round of Employment Jeopardy! 🧠🏆

Today is another jam-packed day of learning, growth, and transformation.

We want to extend a massive thank you to Washington County and the Sheriff's Office for their continued partnership and for giving us such a unique, powerful opportunity to invest in this population! 🤝❤️

Reentry is a journey, and the path isn't always linear. 🔗❤️

Our ultimate hope for every single man who enters the doors of CRI is that they successfully complete the program and are fully released back to the community. But the reality of this work is that things don’t always turn out the way we hope or plan.

This photo captures a heavy but incredibly powerful moment: the men gathering together to pray one of their brothers out.

Even when a departure is difficult, the brotherhood, accountability, and faith built inside these walls don't stop. These men lift each other up in the triumphs, but they lock arms and cover each other in prayer during the trials, too. Please join us in praying for this brother, for the men left behind who continue to push forward, and for absolute restoration.
