Our website has an entry form that can be downloaded and printed.
It’s $25 per entry.
They can be mailed to address on form or dropped off at the Green Team office at 3242 Leeman Ferry Rd. SW HSV 35801 between 8-4 M-F.

City of Huntsville, Alabama Beautification Awards
It is almost March and the Huntsville Beautification Board is preparing for our 2018 annual awards program.
To be considered for a 2018 Huntsville Beautification Award, please complete an entry form which can be found on our website. Be sure to fill in all of the entry form information and provide the completed form along with your $25.00 entry fee no later than May 1, 2018 to the following address:

No entries will be accepted after that date. No exceptions!

A copy of our judging sheet will be on our web page soon: https://sites.google.com/site/huntsvillebeautificationboard. This will indicate the judging criteria and points for an award. The judges will follow that criteria checking for "that extra effort" that could merit an award. This award is an award of excellence and that is what we expect. Our mission is to award those who are helping to keep our city beautiful by keeping their property to a high standard.
The judging will take place June 7-10, 2018.

This year we have over 400 entries to be judged for our Beautification Awards! Judging will be conducted from June 9-12. Soon after, we will be sending out judging sheets and letters to all that entered. The awards ceremony will be held in late July. If you are a winner the details will be sent to you regarding the ceremony (date, time & place).

It's that time of year again!! The entry form for this year's upcoming Beautification Awards is now available online! We will be accepting entries from past winners and new properties (note that landscaping/property has to have been established for a year).

We wish you all the best of luck! Judging will take place in early June and awards will be presented the end of July.

Please note - for this year (only) we are not taking any NEW properties - only current winners from the 2015 judging will be eligible to enter. All entry forms must be mailed to our PO Box with a check for the entry fee.
