🏍️ Happy Father’s Day from the Alabama–Tennessee Trail of Tears Corridor Association 🏍️

Today we pause to honor all fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and the men who have helped guide, protect, and provide for their families.

The Trail of Tears reminds us of the strength, sacrifice, and perseverance of those who came before us. In much the same way, fathers leave footprints that shape the lives of future generations. Their lessons, hard work, wisdom, and love continue to guide us long after the miles have passed.

Whether you are spending today with your father, remembering him in your heart, or serving as a father figure to others, we celebrate the important role you play in preserving family, heritage, and community.

To all the dads across our Trail of Tears family and beyond, thank you for the sacrifices you make and the example you set.

Happy Father’s Day!

“The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him.”
— Proverbs 20:7

With gratitude and respect,
