Happy International Non-Binary People’s Day! July 14th is chosen to celebrate Non-Binary people as it falls evenly between International Men’s Day and International Women’s Day, as Non-Binary people exist on an a spectrum between masculine and femininity. At the same time Non-Binary People don’t owe anyone androgyny to be valid— I know a so many Non-Binary people and no two of them present themselves in quite the same way! Many Non-Binary people use “they/them” or other pronouns or combinations besides just “she/her” or “he/him”, so if you have the honor of knowing a Non-Binary person, be sure to ask and respect those pronouns!
