We are just one month away from the Shane Detwiler Foundation Annual Golf Tournament held on Saturday, September 26th at the BearKat Golf Course in Huntsville, TX, with an 8:30 am tee off.

Shane was shot and killed in the line of duty on July 13, 2009, as a Chambers County Sheriff Deputy. Shane joined the Army immediately following graduation from high school. He did a stint in Iraq earning a bronze star. He served as a Texas Game Warden before moving to the Chambers County Sheriffs' Office.

We continue to look for tee box sponsors ($150) as a well as corporate sponsorships. It is now time to register your team. Don't have a team, we will place you on a team. We look forward to seeing you at this event!
