Our Mission is to empower and equip our teens with tools to build a strong future. Goal: To empower at risk teens with the necessary tools to become positive influences academically and socially. Purpose: We will fulfill this purpose through encouraging our teens to channel negative energy into more positive effective behavior that will lead to long term success

Our Story

Motto-(Empower-Transform-Excel)

We are here to Empower teens towards lifelong personal growth, through mentoring, and life-skills training. We will work with teens between the ages of 13 and 18 years of age. Teens will feel empowered once they get the mentoring, and life-skills training they need. We can Transform the way they think about things , and change the way they do things. Teens will learn that what they do as a teen will follow them into adulthood. They will be give the skills to make good decisions. Once a teen begin to feel empowered and they have the skills and training to make good decisions. They will know that they can accomplish anything they set out to do. In other words they will excel. Our short term goal (within 5 years) - is to develop a program that will help put us on track to open our first P.O.T. group home for girl and later follow-up with one for the boys. Our long term goal (within 10 years) - we will open a P.O.T. Center.
