Thank you to all the brothers of Temple Lodge #98 who came out to support the 2026 Prince Hall Americanism Football Classic at Miles College! 🏈🏛️

It was an incredible experience getting to fellowship with brothers from lodges all across the state. There is nothing quite like the bond we share, and seeing so many traveling men come together on the yard made for an unforgettable time.

We are always proud to show up and support events hosted by The Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge, F&AM of Alabama. Thank you to everyone who made the trip and represented Temple Lodge #98 so well.

Its been a busy few meetings for Temple Lodge, we've done some noticeable things in our meetings and here are a few:

1. Temple Lodge performed a Masonic Healing on Bro. Tony Bell and welcomed him back into the fold and made him a traveling man once again

2. SW DuBose was awarded his Worshipful Master's Class Certificate for completing the workshop during Grand Lodge Session

3. Bro. Warren Johnson completed his TARP and was presented a new Birth Certificate and dues card from the Lodge and Grand Lodge respectively.

Even though Temple Lodge #98 was "dark" for the month of July, the work of Prince Hall Freemasonry never truly stops!

For four incredible days last month, several of our Brothers traveled to Downtown Birmingham to attend the annual Grand Lodge Session. It was a powerful and uplifting experience to fellowship, worship, and share space with Brothers from all across the great state of Alabama, all gathered together under one roof.

While the fellowship was fantastic, there was also plenty of light to be gained. Our Brothers attended special workshops and training sessions packed with valuable insights and tools to help us better operate our Lodge in the days ahead.

We are especially proud to highlight our newly elected Worshipful Master Brinson! During the session, he successfully completed the Grand Lodge's Worshipful Master Certification Program. With this major milestone accomplished, he is now fully certified and officially ready to take the gavel and serve as our WM. Congratulations, Worshipful! 🏛️👏

All in all, it was a tremendous time of brotherly love and connection. Our Brothers have returned home to Huntsville recharged, inspired, and fully prepared to serve and lead Temple Lodge #98 into a highly successful 2026-2027 Masonic Year.

In continuation of celebrating

Temple Lodge on Aug 28thhad the privilege of partnering with our brothers from Hopewell Lodge #198 to deliver a food donation to the Clearview Cancer Institute (CCI) right here in Huntsville. 🏥💙

This contribution is part of an ongoing community program we are deeply committed to. We know that fighting cancer takes a massive toll, and the financial burden of treatments can be overwhelming for patients and their families. By supporting the CCI pantry, our goal is to help provide essential food assistance so these brave individuals can focus on what truly matters: their health and recovery.

We want to send a huge, special THANK YOU to Hopewell Lodge #198 and their Worshipful Master, Craig Hawkins! 🙌 By joining forces, our two lodges were able to donate over $200 worth of food directly to the CCI pantry.

When we work together, our impact in the community is multiplied. We are honored to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our Brothers to provide relief to those who need it most.

Happy International Day of Charity! 🤝 Today, Temple Lodge #98 is proud to highlight our ongoing monthly partnership with Enable Madison County.

Enable Madison County is built on an incredible mission: supporting the aging and homebound residents of our community so they can continue to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

As part of our Masonic commitment to charity and community, the Brethren of Temple Lodge #98 are honored to do our part by delivering fresh groceries to these homebound elderly citizens across the county every single month. Ensuring our seniors have the essentials they need is a duty we hold close to our hearts.

We want to cast a special spotlight on Bro. Jayson Wilson! 🌟 Month after month, Bro. Wilson steps up to spearhead the Lodge’s involvement in these deliveries, organizing which routes the Lodge takes and garnering support from our brothers within the Lodge and making sure our seniors are greeted with their groceries and a warm smile. Thank you for your unwavering leadership and dedication to this cause, Brother!
