In Spring 2008, a group of friends wished to bring back a diverse fraternity where membership is encouraged to men of different ethnicities, personalities, backgrounds, and lifestyles. They wanted to form an organization that would benefit the greater communities of Huntsville and Sam Houston State University with service and allegiance. Administrators mentioned another group of men pursuing the s
ame goal. It was as though they were destined together by fate. The group made contact and a unified brotherhood was formed. Two group of men completely different from one another came together. This is a symbol of what the brotherhood of Omega Delta Phi stands for. This Brotherhood prides itself in being unified as one, honest with each other, having the highest of standards to display its integrity that is like no other, and having individuals that are leaders who accept their roles to assure the success of the Brotherhood of Omega Delta Phi at Sam Houston State University.
