The Cotton Candies The Cotton Candies are an all-female marching krewe, parading in our signature PINK costumes and white boots. The minimum age to become a krewe member is 25yrs.

Our diverse krewe encourages empowerment and self-confidence through performing. New membership is by nomination by a current krewe member. fits such as, Blount Hospitality House, Crisis Services of North Alabama, and Good Shepherd Community Food Bank. We have volunteered our time collecting prom dress donations,
participated and assisted with local proms and dances for teens and adults with special needs.

​Get ready to step back in time, Huntsville! For The American Eras Parade, we are proudly representing the very first generation of independent, politically active, and liberated American women—and we are bringing that same fierce, free spirit to the streets!

The Cotton Candies Marching Krewe are trading the Mardi Gras streets for a journey through time at Huntsville’s American Eras Parade on Saturday, July 4th at 5:00 PM!

As Huntsville pulls out all the stops for America’s 250th birthday, The Cotton Candies will be rocking their signature white boots, iconic pink wigs, and sweet dance moves to bring a burst of pure, high-energy fun to the parade route. 🩷🤍

​📍 Parade Route: Starts at the Veterans Memorial (200 Monroe St. NW), heads down Jefferson Street to Williams Avenue, turns on Church Street, and wraps up at Clinton Avenue.

​Can't make it down in person? You can watch The Cotton Candies strut their stuff live on WHNT News 19! 📺
