PAR volunteers removing a 100 ft. downed Oak tree caught up in 5 other trees in a densely wooded front yard on Todd Mill in Huntsville. Other disaster response groups had turned down this job as being too difficult & dangerous. Our 5 PAR volunteers did it safely by cutting sections of the tree, then dragging & pulling down the remaining trunk using our skid steer. 5 volunteers, 1 directing traffic , 1 skid steer operator & 3 cutting & working chains in under 2 hours. PAR volunteers work Tuesday morning to cut and remove a large shagbark hickory tree that fell next to a trailer during storms in Lacey's Spring, Alabama.

PAR was asked by the Disaster Response Network to help a widow with no insurance remove a large walnut tree that had fallen on her home. She lived in Wi******er Tenn and was not getting any assistance. The City of Wi******er had sent her a letter considering the tree a hazard and giving her 10 days to have it removed. PAR volunteers removed the large tree on her home as well as another tree in her back yard on a car.

PAR members helping clean up storm damage in Decatur, Alabama 6/15/26. A pecan tree that came down in a storm took out power to two neighbors. Decatur Utilities restored the power, PAR cut up the tree for Mr. Mike and his neighbor.

Day 6 -PAR volunteers deployed in Ripley, Mississippi worked on 4 properties today. One still covered with as much as 5 inches of ice on most of the property. All of homes where we worked are still without power or water. We are working under the umbrella of God's Pit Crew and they have received 750+ requests for help. So far PAR has worked on 15 of these properties. Most volunteers are staying thru Saturday with a few returning earlier. We have met other volunteers from states as far away as New Jersey & Illinois while others are coming from North Carolina where they have 14 inches of snow. Continue to pray for the safety of those helping and as they travel between jobs, while working and returning back home.

FOX13 got our first look at the cleanup from the ice storm in hard-hit Tippah County Tuesday. Trees remain snapped on the side of the highway, and once you enter neighborhoods in cities such as Ripley, Mississippi, it becomes very clear that the road to recovery is just getting started. https://fox13.tv/4kzZXcl
