The deadline to submit your Letter of Intent (LOI) for the Compass Society Grant Cycle is almost here.

Created to “Map the Future,” the Compass Society fuels innovative, collaborative projects that help shape what’s next for Greater Huntsville. Selected nonprofits will have the opportunity to receive $50,000 in funding to bring visionary ideas to life.

📍 Projects must serve the Greater Huntsville region, including Jackson, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, and Morgan Counties.

🧭 This is a two-stage process, with select organizations invited to submit a full application.

Adventure starts here! 🌲🚴‍♀️🌎

NEW - The Think Outside Grant Fund Powered by Polaris is now open for applications. This new funding opportunity supports projects that expand outdoor recreation, connect people with nature, strengthen community through outdoor experiences, and protect the natural spaces that make those experiences possible.

Eligible organizations can apply for grants ranging from $5,000–$15,000.

give256 is a giving circle that empowers emerging philanthropists to pool their resources and support nonprofit organizations creating positive change across Greater Huntsville.

Selected finalists will have the opportunity to pitch their projects during the annual give256 finals event, where members cast their votes to help award grant funding.
