As a part of the National Children’s Advocacy Center, the NCAC Training Center is the leading provider of quality training and technical assistance for professionals working with abused children and their families.
The Training Team provides evidence-based trainings for child abuse response professionals. These trainings happen at the NCAC Campus in Huntsville, Alabama in cities around the world. The faculty includes the top professionals and presenters in the field of child maltreatment.
The NCAC Training Center also presents the International Symposium on Child Abuse - the premiere conference for child abuse professionals. The Symposium is an informative, innovative multidisciplinary conference offering more than 160 workshops, presented by internationally-recognized experts.
CALiO(TM), the Child Abuse Library Online, is powered by the NCAC Training Center and consists of the largest professional resource collection related to child maltreatment. More than 3600 keyword-searchable materials, including fact sheets, best practice guidelines, and community education tools are available, at no charge, to child abuse professionals.
