Our Fall Wall is Blooming with Leaves of Creativity! 🍂🍁

This season, Searcy youth our Boys each decorated their very own fall leaf. Not only did they color them with bright autumn designs, but they also wrote down what Fall means to them from cozy days and family time, to big dreams and goals they’re looking forward to this season.

Now, all of their leaves have come together to create a beautiful Wall of Fall Inspiration at the Club.

The free event on tomorrow Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of North Alabama are opening doors to future careers. On Wednesday, the group will host a Skilled Trades Expo at the Huntsville Schools Technology Center.

Today’s Safety First Monday: Lessons with Local Heroes

Our local heroes from the Police Department joined us today to teach our youth about cell phone safety, stranger danger, and making smart choices when staying connected.

The kids learned:

📱 How to stay safe when using a phone/tablets.

🚫 Why it’s important not to talk to strangers online or in person.

👮 How police officers work every day to keep our community safe.

We are so thankful for Officer Wooten for stopping by Searcy.

These officers not only protect our neighborhoods, but also invest in our youth by helping them build safe habits for today and confidence for the future.

Part 2....Hope To Dream

Part 1... We proudly stand in agreement with Hope To Dream’s motto: “Making a Difference, One Night’s Sleep at a Time.”

September 11, 2025, was truly a day of PURPOSE for the Searcy Boys & Girls Club. Thanks to Ashley Furniture’s Hope To Dream Project, twenty-five of our youth received something so many of us take for granted a bed to call their own.

What started as a simple field trip to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center turned into a life-changing surprise. When the curtain rolled back and they were told to search for their names, the pure joy and excitement on their faces was unforgettable.

Youths don’t ask for much......... Yet, providing the essentials that set them up for success like a good night’s rest is truly priceless. Rest is just one of the many keys to helping them thrive this school year and beyond.
