We had a purse/bag/backpack donated very recently. There is a car fob in one of the outer pockets (looks like new).
If you can describe the bag and make of the car, you can come and reclaim your car fob.

We will be enjoying a long weekend, and hope you will be also. We are closed Fri, Sept 4th and Sat, Sept 5th, for Labor Day weekend. We have a few volunteers traveling, and that will leave us short handed. If you, or someone you know, would like to experience the satisfaction of helping us give health and happiness to hundreds of homeless pets each year, please consider volunteering at the Friends of Rescue Store. Hours are flexible, the work is not hard, and the rewards are amazing!! You can fill out a volunteer waiver at Forrescue.net. The more help we have, the more help we can provide for the animals. You'll love it, we promise!

Please do not leave donations when the store is closed without making prior arrangements. Unfortunately, every bit of this is now trash. On top of the heartbreak of throwing away donations that could have been used for much needed funds, it takes time and energy away from our volunteers who are already stretched thin. Wet bags are heavy. We value every donation. We take pride in maximizing donations and believing in recycle, reduce, reuse to keep them out of landfills but this just equals more work with zero return on investment and waste that goes against what we work for.
