The University of Alabama in Huntsville College of Nursing is bringing free health checkups to your community
through the Neighborhood Nursing Program.

WHAT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED?
Blood pressure checks
Blood sugar checks
Blood Oxygen checks
Height and weight checks
Basic health screenings
Health education and tips
All services provided at the Health Screening are free.

WHO CAN COME?
This event is family friendly with health screenings available for adults, seniors, and anyone who wants
to learn more about their health
