We help returning veterans transition back to civilian life by linking them with services that address their physical, emotional, educational and financial needs. But when our heroes return, many with life-altering menta
l and physical injuries, coping with the realities of daily life is more of a challenge than before. The number of disabled veterans grows daily and their needs are immense. Many of our nations heroes are faced with Homelessness, Severe Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Our job is to make the transition easier, to pay respect to the men and women who deserve our help in their time of need.
