Remember it like yesterday. Trusting yet scared to death of death. I could see people’s mouth moving yet understanding nothing. Breathe, Kimi, follow the directional signs. Don’t look long at the people as you pass by to get to THE CHAIR. Stay tune because I will experience life changing shifts in THE CHAIR

Let’s chat..what happens to the warrior that rang the infamous bell 🔔? What happened to the friends that fell by the wayside…because the warrior is not in a fight anymore..right? What happened to the support system? You should be back to “you” right? You beat cancer why are you down? Why are you depressed you just got another shot at life?? After active treatment warriors still need support. It’s at that ringing of the bell 🔔 the next leg of the journey begins. Unfortunately, a lot of support is cut off after active treatment ends. Let’s talk about it..

Eat well and exercise regularly. Improving physical wellbeing can improve your emotional wellbeing too. Exercise can give you an energy and mood boost, and eating well reminds you that you are worth looking after. 🥗🏋🏾‍♀️

Fuel your body with these necessities and you’ll find yourself feeling better emotionally as well. 😀😌
