Finding our balance, building our confidence, and having fun along the way! 💪🏾⚖️ These kiddos are learning that every wobble is just part of the process! 🌟

School is back, and so are we! 🎉💪🏾 We’re kicking off another exciting season of Music & Movement with a unique twist on tug-of-war! Our kiddos stepped inside the stretchy circle, pulled in opposite directions, and put their strength, balance, and determination to the test. Let the movement, music, teamwork, and FUN begin! 🕺🏾💃🏾

Stretching is more than warming up—it’s a chance for our students to slow down, build body awareness, and prepare their minds to learn through movement. 💙 At BritFit Cares Music & Movement, every stretch, dance, and song helps build confidence, coordination, and healthy habits that last a lifetime. 🎶✨

A little throwback to last year’s Music & Movement program. One year later and we’re still bringing joy, creativity, and movement to kids across our community. 🎶✨

When the DJ sets it off like this… you already know the vibe 🔥

DJ Shenna 'Lashay B' Townsend had the whole room moving from start to finish.

And the best part?
We’re already planning the next Dance the Night Away.

If you want to see this happen again—bigger and even better—this is your chance to help make it happen.

600+ people in the building.
Music up. Energy high. Nobody sitting down.

But this? It’s bigger than a party.

This is community. This is connection.
And through BritFit Cares, this same energy is poured right back into our youth through arts + movement programs.

If you felt this vibe, you can help us keep it going.

Our instructors came through and understood the assignment — teaching, hyping, and keeping that energy UP all night! The way the crowd was locked in, learning, and MOVING… yeah, this is what it’s about 👏🏾✨

Huge thank you to:
Rocket City Line Dancing
Daria Elle
Quinta Nicole
Essence Bone

Y’all didn’t just teach dances… y’all created a whole EXPERIENCE 💯

If you’ve been thinking about coming to the next one — this your sign 👀
You don’t need to know the steps… just come ready to move and have a good time!

The night started like THIS and it only got more lit 😮‍🔥
DJ already setting the tone, people hitting the floor early, and the vibe was UP from the very first song 💃🏾

If you weren’t there… yeah, you missed one 😏
But don’t get too comfortable — we’re coming back even BIGGER.
