The Texas Corrections Association is pleased to announce that exhibitor registration is now open for the 2026 TCA Special Populations Conference, taking place December 9-11, 2026, at the San Luis Resort in Galveston, Texas.

This annual event brings together more than 120 professionals from across the corrections field, including representatives from TDCJ, adult probation, and numerous other agencies and organizations throughout the state of Texas.

Exhibit Hall Hours
Thursday, December 10: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, December 11: 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Please note that exhibitor space is limited and booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to submit your registration early to ensure availability.

The theme of the conference is “Soaring to New Heights: Advancing Corrections Through Innovation and Leadership,” and the conference is for Community Corrections, Jailers, Corrections Officers, Probation Officers, Leadership, Judicial, Law Enforcement, Education and Treatment Leaders, and Support Staff.

Topics include Leadership, Veterans, Human Trafficking, Mental Health, Social Media, Health/Wellness, S*x Offenders, Trending Narcotics, Specialty Courts, Protecting Potentially Vulnerable Populations, Education and Reentry, Substance Use Treatment, and more.

You don’t have to be a member of the Texas Corrections Association to attend. By paying the non-member fee for the conference, you will enjoy one year of membership in the TCA.

The Texas Corrections Association would like to offer you an opportunity to speak for their 2026 Special Populations Conference to be held December 9-11, 2026, at the San Luis in Galveston, Texas. All you need to do is complete the attached form and submit a brief course description and biography.*

This conference will require a mixture of Breakout & General Sessions. Breakout Sessions are planned to last for 1.5 hours. General Sessions will be approximately 2 hours.

Presentations should relate to the conference theme, “Soaring to New Heights: Advancing Corrections Through Innovation and Leadership” and be applicable to the work of the anticipated participants, which include: Community Corrections, Jailers, Corrections Officers, Probation Officers, Leadership, Judicial, Law Enforcement, and Education & Treatment Leaders.

Sessions will focus on topics such as: Leadership, Veterans, Human Trafficking, Mental Health, Social Media, Health/Wellness, S*x Offenders, Trending Narcotics, Specialty Courts, Protecting Potentially Vulnerable Populations, Education and Reentry, Substance Use Treatment, and other topics that fall under the conference theme.
