Most of y'all are aware that I recently had a bad horseback accident. While I am layed up for a while, I am offering saddle and tack, complete inspection and cleaning/oiling, to earn a little bill money. Contact me by messenger at Jennifer Scott, if you are interested.

We are planning to ride on the parade for the annual Old Settlers Days as a group, if interested, we need your names to submit to the Huntsville Community Club. Submissions need to be turned in as soon as possible, please feel free to do so by messaging the saddle club.

Meeting Minutes Saturday 7/09/2021

Meeting was called to order at 4pm, Saturday, July 09, 2021 by President, Kyle Quinn.

Attending members listed as follows: Kyle Quinn, Suzanna Doll, Jennifer Mixson, Dona Fox, Steve Kessler and Patty Carr.

New Business:

Motion was made to set a clean up date due to storm damage to the grounds by president Kyle Quinn second by Suzanna Doll.
Clean up date for the Saddle Club grounds was set for July 24 at 10am.

Secretary Jennifer Mixson agrees to contact Sheltered Workshop, Salisbury, Mo. For exterior paint donation, as well as Macon Rural Electric for utility pole donations.
Member, Patty Carr volunteered to donate wood for repairs.
Orscheln Farm and Home donated a gift card to be used for arena maintenance items.
Sellenriek Construction in Moberly Mo, donated lights for the arena.

Motion was made to have Huntsville Saddle Club ride in the Old Settlers Day Parade in Huntsville Mo to advertise the club to the public. Motion passed unanimously. Huntsville Community Club must be notified of how many horses, riders and rider names.

Date for first Saturday of January 2021 was set for voting of board members office appointment.

Meeting was adjourned by President Quinn at 5:05pm, seconded by Secy. Mixson.

Next meeting will be held on August 7, 2021 at 4pm at arena.
