Our deep gratitude to the Huntley Park District for honoring LRBS and bringing awareness to our mission at this year’s 3v3 tournament! Come join in on the fun! There will be some familiar LRBS faces there, too!!

Grab some friends and register for the 3rd Annual Chris Pacana Memorial 3v3 Basketball Tournament!

All teams are guaranteed three pool play games with awards for first and second place teams in each bracket. Teams consist of 3-4 players and will be placed in the age group of the oldest player on the team.. Co-ed teams play in the boys' divisions. Game locations will be at the Huntley Park District Rec Center and off-site D158 schools (depending on number of teams registered). Team registration only. A portion of proceeds from this event will be donated to the Larry's Red Bandana Society to support local athletes, in honor of former HPD employee and long-time community member, Chris Pacana.

On the evening of Jan 1, Larry Sr passed surrounded by his loving family. While he is no longer suffering, he will be greatly missed by so many. An army vet, avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan, and loved his family to his core. His wife of 55 years, children, grandchildren, and sweet little great grandson were his pride and joy. He is reunited with his best friend, Coach Larry (who are probably wondering what the heck happened during that Bears game yesterday…). Services will be held in Huntley on Tuesday and Wednesday.
