Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing is a National Organization promoting Veteran health through the enjoyment of fly fishing.

Here at the Huntington Program we assist Service Connected Veterans of the local area.

Last night’s fly tying class. Was presented by our own John Eary. John showed us how to tie a fly he named after his dog. Called the
Kala Dun. Thanks John Eary for sharing your skills and experience with fly tying.

We are coming up on our 3 week of rod building classes. Looks like everyone is coming along nicely. Excited to see what the finished product looks like for everyone. Thanks so much to all who has volunteered and helped us so far.

This is Project Healing Waters Program. A non profit. That works with veterans in fly tying and rod building. By doing so the veterans are focused on the task at hand. And we don’t think about the things we have been through or are going through at the time

John Eary has been selected to attend a national destination trip sponsored by Project Healing Waters to Oak Heart Lodge in Michigan in April.
