We are always ready and willing to help our first responders!

When Milton Fire Chief Everett Chapman inquired about needing IBC totes for their
Brush Fire Truck System, we were happy to help!

We also informed Chief Chapman that Milton Fire was a recipient of an EFIREX/Huntington Drum/Permco Community Grant to receive the first of its kind Lithium Battery Fire Extinguisher kit.
Keeping our fire fighters safe from the most dangerous lithium battery fires is one of our missions !!

Amazing ! The hard work and efforts by the Green Acres Leadership team led by its board of directors and its executive director Earlene Anglin shine shine shine shine.
You know how hard and smart you have to work behind the scenes to get state funding??? This quickly ?? Amazing work.

The Green Acres team needs to be recognized for its savvy work.

Despite ridiculously being left off the ballot by a short sighted county commission, Green Acres immediately went to work to fill this year’s levy gap.

Despite intellectually dishonest statements about Green Acres being a “for Profit” entity by some, Earlene and team diligently worked behind the scenes to get funding while defending the institution and its mission.
Congratulations to Governor Morrisey and his crisis team for their rapid response!
Green Acres is a special NON PROFIT gem in our region. Its mission is critical to the area.
And the Governor recognized it along with many forward thinking members of his support staff !
Great Day for West Virginia !
This is a stop gap measure for this year.
This is just the beginning, not the end of the struggle but a great first step by an amazing team!

With Labor Day approaching, please honor the amazing disabled workforce at Green Acres Regional Center/Lesage Natural with a donation. They need your help. The Cabell County Commission took away a key funding source, their levy, and they need us to to help.
We know things are tough right now but any amount will help as we assist in pursuing additional funding to cover this gigantic hole the Cabell County Commission has torn through this organization.

Senator Mark Maynard Provides Advanced Firefighting Technology to East Fork VFD
/Dingess WV/
West Virginia State Senator Mark Maynard continues to show his dedication to first responders by securing modern firefighting equipment for the East Fork Volunteer Fire Department in Dingess.
Following a request from Senator Maynard, Permco Inc. presented the department with a Community Grant that includes a new eFireX lithium battery fire extinguisher system. This innovative equipment addresses one of the most challenging fire risks facing emergency personnel today.
Designed with an all-natural encapsulator agent, the eFireX system rapidly suppresses and cools intense lithium-ion battery fires often found in electric vehicles, e-bikes, and energy storage units. By interrupting thermal runaway, it provides firefighters with a safer and more reliable tool to safeguard lives and property.
“Supporting our local first responders is more than a grant — it’s personal,” said Permco owners Robby and Todd Shell. “We are grateful for Senator Mark Maynard’s leadership in identifying this need and for his ongoing work to strengthen safety across our communities.”
