WV's official Santa "Cause" to ensure every child knows they are on Santa's Nice List by providing presents during the holidays to families facing an economic crisis. Growing up he always dressed up as Santa for us and for his neighborhood. Years later I would hear him say that he did this because there were kids in the neighborhood that were not able to get to the mall or bank to see the local Sa
nta and "every kid deserves to see Santa." During this conversation with him I promised him that I would try to be Santa per his wish. One year later I had the idea of how I could carry on what he did when I was a child along with my interest in cosplay/causeplay… this time of year can bring out the worst in people: fighting over toys in a store, theft, road rage, etc. Some people may even be too sick or unable to go out and see Santa. Although I work 50+ hours a week, it is my hope that I can bring a smile to at least one person's face each Christmas season by dressing up as Santa and trying to recapture that magic I felt as a child. If you know of anyone, or any organization that is interested in having Santa show up at their home, business, hospital room, etc. I want to honor as many requests that I can.
