Solid turnout for our first Teen Leader meeting of the new 4-H Year!

Next meeting will be November 11 at 10 a.m. the 4-H Camp. We'll be cleaning up the camp storage room and having a good time! Hope to see some more familiar faces then!

Come to the Cabell County Extension Office on Wednesday, October 7, for the first 4-H Teen Leader Meeting of the new 4-H Year!

This is open to any 4-H member (or prospective member) age 12+. You can be a member of a community club and the Teen Leaders.

Teen Leaders develop vital skills related to communication, teamwork, decision making, and more. These teens also have the opportunity to be mentors for younger members at club meeting, camps, and other events.

Today marks the first day of the 2026-2027 4-H year and enrollment has been OPENED in ZSuite! ➡ (https://4h.zsuite.org)

4-H is open to all youth between the ages of 5 to 21. Youth aged 8 (as of 6/30/26) to 21 (as of 9/30/27) can join as a 4-H member!

Youth aged 5 to 7 (as of 6/30/26), who are interested in the practices of 4-H can start in the Cloverbud program, which focuses more on fun and social activities that set the stage for future learning! 🧠
