A special thank you to our guest speaker, Meg Friesen, Director of Behavioral Health & Wellness with HCCSC, for sharing her time and expertise with us. Her insight added so much meaning to the day.

Join HARTA today at 4:00 PM at the Erie Trail (Parkview YMCA Trail Kiosk) for our August Wellness & Family Edition: Move Together!

We'll start with a short wellness chat with Meg Friesen, Director of Behavioral Health & Wellness, snap a group photo, and then head out for a guided 1-mile walk. Bring your family, bring a friend, bring some water—and let's get moving together! 💙
