Our United for Hoops Junior Captain, Braxton, got the full Marshall Football game day experience! From taking the field with the Herd to meeting players and enjoying the action at Joan C. Edwards Stadium, Braxton was right in the middle of it all!

As Manager of Huntington’s Kitchen, Izzy brings plenty of flavor, creativity and fun to everything she does. She’s also our resident selfie queen, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

💚 Meet Braxton!

At just six years old, Braxton has already shown incredible strength and determination. After experiencing muscle weakness, tightness and coordination challenges, he began physical therapy at Hoops Family Children’s Hospital’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Center. With the help of his care team, Braxton has grown stronger, more confident and is back to doing what he loves — being a kid! 💪

Braxton loves riding his scooter, watching Bluey, sharks, vanilla ice cream and, most of all, making people laugh. One day, he hopes to become a police officer! 🦈🚔

As a Hoops Ambassador and United for Hoops Junior Captain, Braxton is helping raise awareness and support for Pediatric Physical Therapy at Hoops Family Children's Hospital at Cabell Huntington Hospital!

Get ready to cheer him on as he represents Hoops at the Marshall vs. Coastal Carolina game on October 10! 🏈💚

Today, we celebrate the retirement of Kristi Arrowood from Marshall Health Network Foundations. Kristi dedicated her career to strengthening our health system, uplifting her community, and caring for the patients and families of Hoops Family Children's Hospital at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Her compassion and service have created a lasting legacy.
