Our mission is carried out by Being the Change, Breaking the Cycles, Engaging and Equipping the Families, and Restoring Hope for the Next Generation. As a nonprofit ministry that operates by donations, we are blessed to be able to help families in Northern Indiana. Whether families have recently experienced a life challenge such as a house fire, abuse, relocation, an unexpected addition to the fam

ily or simply getting back on their feet, we are here to help at the Op (Opportunity) Shop. Our Family Care Center, located just two door north of our Op Shop, offers parenting classes, mentorship, Learn to Earn Program and wrap around services with local agencies in Huntington County and Northern Indiana.

The Storehouse was out today serving students!

Not familiar with The Storehouse? It’s a mobile care unit that comes directly to students and gives them the opportunity to shop **FREE** for new clothing, personal care items, hygiene products, and more!

We are so grateful for the opportunity to meet students where they are and help provide some of the things they need to feel confident, cared for, and supported.

**We are currently accepting donations!**
We are especially in need of:
• New boys’ and men’s pants
• New boys’ and men’s underwear
• Hygiene items

Throughout this summer, the Indiana Family Care Center has been living out our mission in a powerful way: mobilizing people to serve families and meet needs throughout our community and region.

The Indiana Family Care Center exists to Restore Hope and Awaken Dreams, One Family at a Time, Through Jesus Christ.

We believe every life is precious, every family matters, and every community has the potential to be transformed when people come together with compassion and purpose.

We have had the privilege of mobilizing to meet needs—not only here in Huntington, but throughout our region. From practical needs to moments of encouragement and connection, we are committed to serving families in and through the love of Jesus Christ.

Families come in all shapes and sizes, and we want every family we encounter to know they are valued, loved, and worthy of hope.

When we serve families, families are strengthened. When families are strengthened, communities are transformed.

We are grateful for everyone who has joined us in this mission and excited for what God is continuing to do through the Indiana Family Care Center.

We are so thankful that we were able to be a part of Star Fest 2026! The Storehouse and Indiana Family Care Center visited 3 cities in one weekend and serve families!
