๐Ÿ’š As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we're reminded that wellness is about more than physical health.

Connection, friendship, purpose, and community all play an important role in helping older adults remain healthy, active, and engaged.

Throughout May, the Huntington County Council on Aging was proud to host another successful Senior Expo, provide transportation services throughout Huntington County, offer educational programs and activities, connect seniors with valuable resources and services, and strengthen partnerships that support our community.

A simple conversation, shared meal, ride to an appointment, or visit with a friend can make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

Thank you to our seniors, volunteers, community partners, and supporters who help make our mission possible every day.

๐Ÿ’š Connection Matters.๐Ÿ’š Community Matters.๐Ÿ’š Mental Health Matters.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Memorial Day ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication will never be forgotten.

As we gather with family and friends, may we also take a moment to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave everything in service to our nation.

From all of us at the Huntington County Council on Aging, we wish you a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. โค๏ธ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’™

Calling All Community Partners & Local Businesses!
The Huntington County Council on Aging is currently seeking Corporate Sponsors for our upcoming Senior Expo! This event is taking place at Huntington University on May 21st! It is a wonderful opportunity to connect with seniors, caregivers, families, and community members while supporting programs and services that make a difference right here in Huntington County. ๐Ÿ’™

Our sponsors help make this event possible, and in return receive recognition through event advertising, promotional materials, and community outreach leading up to the expo.

We would love to partner with businesses, organizations, healthcare providers, financial institutions, local services, and anyone passionate about supporting our senior community!

If youโ€™re interested in becoming a sponsor or would like more information, please message us directly or contact our office. Weโ€™d be happy to share our sponsorship flyer and discuss partnership opportunities.

Thank you for continuing to support the seniors of Huntington County! ๐Ÿซถ
