RVCDS's mission is to provide quality services and support to children, families and the early childhood community. We are proud to say we do that consistently and happily serve over 12,000 people each year. Our programs are varied and offer direct care, provider support and education, continuing education, early intervention for children and families with special needs, subsidy for those who qual

ify, nutritional information and a wealth of other services. Our programs include: Choices CCR&R (Clarksburg & Parkersburg), Connect CCR&R (Charleston), Family Child Care Food Program (Huntington), Link CCR&R (Huntington & Logan), RVCARES, School Age Connections, WV Birth to Three (Charleston & Huntington), and WV Early Childhood Training Connects & Resources. It is the policy of RVCDS to follow the Civil Rights Title 6 Act in its entirety which states that “No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity” of RVCDS.
