Welcome to the official page for the Greater Huntington Park & Recreation District (“GHPRD“). GHPRD operates and maintains this page as a public service to promote and increase awareness about park and recreation activities, projects, events, and services GHPRD offers for the benefit of the community. This page is intended to be a limited public forum in which GHPRD retains discreñon to limit the subject being discussed. GHPRD welcomes public comments as a means of furthering sharing of ideas and advancing public dialogue and encourages debate and discussion. However, comments containing any of the following shall be deemed inappropriate content subject to removal and/or restrictions by the page administrator:

a. Profane, obscene, or indecent language;
c. Comments that promote, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination;
d. Comments that constitute harassment;
e. Personal attacks or other derogatory language;
f. Threats or defamatory statements to or concerning any person or organization;
g. Reference GHPRD employees by name;
h. Comments that may cause an invasion of privacy. An individual who violates the above policies for the first time will be warned. Comments deemed inappropriate and not abiding by the policies may be hidden or removed. GHPRD reserves the right to deny access to the page for an individual who violates these policies a second time, without prior notice. Comments are monitored only during business hours, and thus information conveyed after hours may not be received until the next business day.
