Another stray safely trapped and off the streets of Barboursville, WV. 🥳

This guy ( R2 Dog2 )😜 has been hanging out at a grave yard / apartment complex the last week. We were told about him yesterday and ran by today and sure enough he was there.

We didn’t think he’d come out when the rain started but we waited it out and hours later when we called it and started packing up, he appeared and walked right into the trap. 🪤

Thanks, as always to the Huntington Cabell Wayne Animal Shelter for helping with him. We don’t care to help trap but we have no where for them and the shelter always steps up even though they have 200+ dogs in their facility 😓

Thank you to everyone who donated from our wishlist! We are stocked up on most trapping supplies but could use some help covering spay/neuter costs. If you have a few dollars to spare it would be much appreciated😻😻

You want me to do what?

Nah 🚫🐈‍⬛🪤

We have been trapping since 11am and have been able to secure 13 cats that’ll never have to worry about raising a baby and the neighborhoods won’t have to worry about taking care of dozens more

Thanks everyone for their donations and supplies!! They definitely came in handy !!

🪤 We have around 30 cats at two different locations booked to trap at this week and realized we have no covers for our traps to help keep the cats calm after being trapped and very low on bait 🍗

If anyone could help purchase off our wish list, or donate and we’ll shop for you, we, and mostly the cats would appreciate it!!

A cat and her newborn kittens were left outside a vets office in a box. When the box was opened mom escaped and the vets office said they didn’t have a feeder so they’d have to euthanize the kittens if someone didn’t come get them 🫪.

We placed kittens with a feeder and started looking for mom to trap and reunite her with her babies. Mom wasn’t as interested in this plan but we finally were able to trap her after after lots of long, sleepless nights.

Mom is now ready for a home that’ll love her and not to discard her like yesterdays news 😔

We’ve had a busy few days !

We had our Applebee’s fundraiser Thursday and Friday Marcia Tolley went to Crum to trap a dog for animal control that had been causing a ruckus.

First he wasn’t there but appeared and voila…. Into the trap he went 🪤 (Thanks to Amy and Dexter for their help)

In Huntington, one of our honorary Trapper Girls (Men), Chase was on a roof looking for a kitten that hopefully found its way down.

Saturday, Teresa Atkins was able to trap a kitten that escaped transport at the shelter.

And today we set up to hopefully capture another missing cat 🤞🤞
