To help alleviate range anxiety, at Drive Electric Long Island, we are here to tell you that most EV drivers charge their vehicles right at home overnight so their EV is all charged up in the morning AND that most commuters drive less than 40 miles per day, which many affordable EVs on the market today can more than double on a single charge.
But what if you aren't planning to install an at-home charger and will need to rely on public chargers? Well, public fast chargers throughout the state are about to become even easier to find and access. NYPA is planning to install up to 400 DC Fast chargers statewide by 2025!
