The 'M_P_U_ Network' was designed to accommodate the needs of those Small Business (SB) Contractors who understand that to win Big Government Contracts – moving forward -- Small Businesses must become ‘Bigger’ in order to meet the unmet $300 Billion Dollars in Small Business spending needs of today's Federal Agencies. Our Mission is to teach our members how to utilize existing Laws toward capturin
g their desired share of this $300 Billion Dollar market opportunity. Our primary goal is to support the full implementation of Congress’s Policy to utilize SBs to the “Maximum Extent Practicable”. This goal will be supported by the Network's effort to deliver educated and agile SB Solutions to all of the 'Requirements' that are sought by Federal Agencies (i.e. FSSI, SB Set-Asides, Bundled, Consolidated and Sub-Contracting Opportunities). Through this Network you will learn how to leverage existing USC, FAR & CFR Authorities to promote 'Maximum Practicable Utilization' in Federal Contracting. These Authorities include, but are not limited to:
