• Hôm nay, trong không khí trang nghiêm và đầy ấm áp tình dòng tộc tại không gian thiêng liêng của 𝐍𝐡𝐚̀ 𝐓𝐡𝐨̛̀ 𝐓𝐨̣̂𝐜 𝐏𝐡𝐚̣𝐦 𝐊𝐡𝐚̆́𝐜 – nơi ghi dấu cội nguồn và công đức của tổ tiên 𝐋𝐚̀𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐚̣𝐜 𝐓𝐡𝐚̀𝐧𝐡 – chúng ta hội tụ về đây để thực hiện một sứ mệnh vô cùng ý nghĩa: 𝐋𝐞̂̃ 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐨 𝐡𝐨̣𝐜 𝐛𝐨̂̉𝐧𝐠 𝐐𝐮𝐲̃ 𝐏𝐡𝐚̣𝐦 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐚̆𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.
Thay mặt 𝐏𝐇𝐀̣𝐌 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, tôi xin gửi lời chào trân trọng nhất, lời chúc sức khỏe và tình yêu thương sâu sắc nhất đến toàn thể quý vị và các cháu có mặt ngày hôm nay!
𝐈𝐈. 𝐊𝐡𝐚́𝐭 𝐕𝐨̣𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐚̀ 𝐒𝐮̛́ 𝐌𝐞̣̂𝐧𝐡 𝐜𝐮̉𝐚 𝐐𝐮̃𝐲 𝐏𝐇𝐀̣𝐌 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
Kính thưa dòng tộc,
• Dòng họ 𝐏𝐡𝐚̣𝐦 𝐊𝐡𝐚̆́𝐜 chúng ta qua bao thế hệ luôn tự hào với truyền thống hiếu học, vượt khó và giàu lòng nhân ái.
• Học bổng 𝐏𝐡𝐚̣𝐦 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 được thành lập không đơn thuần chỉ để trao đi những phần thưởng mang ý nghĩa tài chính. Giá trị lớn nhất của học bổng này chính là sự gửi gắm niềm tin và khát vọng cho thế hệ tương lai.
Mục tiêu cao nhất của Quỹ không chỉ là nâng bước tài năng, mà là nuôi dưỡng và đồng hành cùng những nhà lãnh đạo tương lai:
• Có 𝐓𝐚̂𝐦 , vững 𝐓𝐚̀𝐢 , giữ 𝐓𝐢́𝐧 và sâu sắc về 𝐓𝐫𝐢 — những người biết lấy sự phụng sự làm niềm tự hào và dùng thành công của mình để thắp sáng thêm nhiều cuộc đời khác.
𝐈𝐈𝐈. 𝐆𝐢́𝐚 𝐓𝐫𝐢̣ 𝐂𝐨̂́𝐭 𝐋𝐨̃𝐢 𝐜𝐮̉𝐚 𝐓𝐚̂𝐦 - 𝐓𝐚̀𝐢 - 𝐓𝐢́𝐧 - 𝐓𝐫𝐢
Các cháu học sinh, sinh viên thân mến,
• Khi đọc kỹ từng bài luận của các cháu nộp về cho Quỹ – từ những tâm sự chân thành về nghị lực vượt khó, tình cảm gia đình, cho đến những góc nhìn sâu sắc về bộ giá trị 𝐓𝐚̂𝐦 - 𝐓𝐚̀𝐢 - 𝐓𝐢́𝐧 - 𝐓𝐫𝐢 – Hội đồng đã vô cùng xúc động. Các cháu đã chứng minh rằng: con cháu họ 𝐏𝐡𝐚̣𝐦 𝐊𝐡𝐚̆́𝐜 không chỉ học giỏi mà còn rất bản lĩnh và giàu lòng nhân ái.
• Với tư cách là người đi trước, hôm nay 𝐁𝐚́𝐜 muốn gửi đến các cháu 𝟑 𝐥𝐨̛̀𝐢 𝐝𝐚̣̆𝐧 𝐝𝐨̀ tâm huyết:
𝟏. Lấy "ĐỨC" làm gốc để cái "TÀI" vươn xa
• Sinh thời, 𝐁𝐚́𝐜 𝐇𝐨̂̀ kính yêu từng dặn: “Có tài mà không có đức là người vô dụng, có đức mà không có tài thì làm việc gì cũng khó.”
• Điểm số cao hay giải thưởng lớn mang lại cho các cháu cái TÀI, giúp các cháu mở ra cánh cửa đầu tiên. Nhưng chính ĐẠO ĐỨC (TÂM) và UY TÍN (TÍN) mới quyết định các cháu đi được bao xa. Người có Tài mà thiếu Đức thì cái Tài dễ phục vụ cho sự ích kỷ. Ngược lại, khi các cháu giữ trọn sự trung thực, biết sống tử tế và giữ chữ Tín trong từng hành động, cái Tài của các cháu mới thực sự phát sáng và được xã hội trân trọng.
𝟐. Dùng "TRI THỨC" để phụng sự cộng đồng
• Một cây cổ thụ muốn đứng vững trước bão táp thì rễ phải bám thật sâu vào lòng đất. Sự thành công của các cháu không bao giờ là nỗ lực đơn độc, mà được vun đắp từ giọt mồ hôi của cha mẹ, sự tận tụy của thầy cô và sự đùm bọc của xã hội.
• Đừng để tri thức biến mình thành người sống tách biệt, thờ ơ với thế giới xung quanh. TRI THỨC (TRI) chỉ thực sự tỏa sáng khi nó trở thành công cụ phụng sự con người. Hãy biết xót xa trước những hoàn cảnh khó khăn, dấn thân vào các hoạt động tình nguyện và dùng tài năng của mình để giải quyết các bài toán của xã hội.
• Thước đo giá trị của một con người không nằm ở những gì họ nhận về, mà ở những giá trị tốt đẹp họ để lại cho cuộc đời.
𝟑. Giữ Trọn Chữ "TRI" Với Cội Nguồn Gia Tộc
Chữ "TRI" không chỉ là Tri thức, mà còn là Tri ân. Dù sau này các cháu có bay cao, bay xa đến đâu, đi khắp mọi miền tổ quốc hay ra ngoài thế giới, hãy luôn nhớ mình là con cháu 𝐓𝐨̣̂𝐜 𝐏𝐡𝐚̣𝐦 𝐊𝐡𝐚̆́𝐜 𝐋𝐚̣𝐜 𝐓𝐡𝐚̀𝐧𝐡. Lòng biết ơn chính là ngọn đèn soi sáng tâm hồn các cháu. Hãy luôn biết ơn cha mẹ đã vất vả nuôi dưỡng, biết ơn cội nguồn đã cho mình hình hài và điểm tựa vững chắc hôm nay.
𝐈𝐕. 𝐋𝐨̛̀𝐢 𝐂𝐚𝐦 𝐊𝐞̂́𝐭 𝐯𝐚̀ 𝐊𝐲̀ 𝐕𝐨̣𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐚̀𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐞̂́ 𝐇𝐞̣̂ 𝐍𝐨̂́𝐢 𝐓𝐢𝐞̂́𝐩
Các cháu thân mến,
• Suy cho cùng, thành công của 𝐐𝐮𝐲̃ 𝐡𝐨̣𝐜 𝐛𝐨̂̉𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐡𝐚̣𝐦 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 không phải là đã trao được bao nhiêu suất học bổng mà là chính là được nhìn thấy các cháu thành công, là người nối tiếp, đồng hành, và nâng đỡ cho thế hệ mai sau.”
Hôm nay, các cháu nhận học bổng này từ tay của các cô, các bác.
• Hãy coi đây là một ngọn đuốc truyền tin. Mai này khi các cháu trưởng thành, công thành danh toại, hãy quay trở về, tiếp tục nắm lấy tay các em nhỏ thế hệ sau, trao lại cho các em ngọn lửa khát vọng và sự hỗ trợ mà hôm nay các cháu đã nhận được.
• Chúng ta hãy thử làm một phép toán nhé:
"Năm nay, Quỹ vinh dự trao 5 suất học bổng đến 5 gương mặt xuất sắc nhất.
• Giả sử mười năm sau, khi các em trưởng thành và gặt hái thành công, quay trở lại tiếp tục đồng hành, nâng đỡ thêm 5 em nhỏ trên hành trình chinh phục tri thức, chúng ta sẽ có thêm 25 hạt mầm mới.
• Mười năm sau nữa, nếu 25 hạt mầm ấy tiếp tục lan tỏa tinh thần sẻ chia và mỗi người lại chắp cánh cho 5 thế hệ kế tiếp, con số ấy sẽ là 125. Chỉ sau hai đến ba thập kỷ, từ 5 hạt giống ban đầu, chúng ta đã có hơn 150 người trẻ được trao thêm cơ hội để học tập, phát triển và cống hiến.
• Cứ như vậy, tinh thần ấy tiếp tục được gìn giữ qua từng thế hệ, thì sau nửa thế kỷ, 5 hạt giống được gieo hôm nay sẽ không chỉ lớn lên thành những cây xanh vững chãi, mà còn vun đắp nên một truyền thống hiếu học, lòng biết ơn và tinh thần sẻ chia. "
• Đó không chỉ là phép tính của những con số, mà còn là phép nhân của tri thức, của lòng nhân ái và của trách nhiệm. Bởi mỗi suất học bổng được trao hôm nay không chỉ thay đổi tương lai của một cá nhân, mà còn có thể trở thành khởi đầu cho tương lai của rất nhiều thế hệ.
• Đó cũng chính là sứ mệnh mà chúng tôi luôn theo đuổi: gieo những hạt giống của hy vọng hôm nay để thắp sáng tương lai của nhiều thế hệ mai sau."

• The 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 was established not simply to provide financial assistance or recognition. The greatest value of this scholarship lies in the trust, hope, and aspirations we place in the next generation.
• The Foundation’s highest goal is not merely to support talented young people, but to nurture and accompany future leaders—individuals who possess 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓, 𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐓, 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐘, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖𝐋𝐄𝐃𝐆𝐄; people who understand that serving others is a source of pride and who use their own success to illuminate and improve the lives of others.

Dear students,
• As we carefully read each of your scholarship essays—from your heartfelt stories about overcoming challenges and your love for your families, to your thoughtful perspectives on the values of 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 - 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 - 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 - 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞—the Scholarship Committee was deeply moved.
• You have demonstrated that the children and descendants of the Pham Khac family are not only academically accomplished, but also courageous, resilient, compassionate, and full of character.
• As someone from an older generation, I would like to share three heartfelt lessons with you today:
𝟏. 𝐋𝐞𝐭 “𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑” 𝐁𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 “𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐓” 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐚𝐫
During his lifetime, our beloved 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐢 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐡 reminded us:
• “A person who has talent but lacks virtue is useless; a person who has virtue but lacks talent will find it difficult to accomplish anything.”
• High grades and major achievements give you 𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐓 and may help open the first doors of opportunity. But it is your 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑 and 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓 , together with your 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐘 and 𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒, that determine how far you will ultimately go.
• A talented person without virtue may easily use that talent for selfish purposes. But when you live with honesty, kindness, and integrity, and when you honor your word in everything you do, your talent will truly shine and earn the respect of society.
𝟐. 𝐔𝐬𝐞 “𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖𝐋𝐄𝐃𝐆𝐄” 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲
• A great tree can withstand storms only when its roots grow deeply into the earth.
• Your success will never be the result of your efforts alone. It is built upon the sacrifices of your parents, the dedication of your teachers, and the support and care of the community around you.
• Never allow knowledge to make you isolated or indifferent to the world around you.
• KNOWLEDGE truly shines when it becomes a tool for serving humanity.
• Learn to empathize with those facing hardship. Participate in volunteer activities. Use your knowledge, skills, and talents to help solve the challenges facing our society.
• The true measure of a person’s value is not what they receive in life, but the positive values they leave behind for others.
𝟑. 𝐀𝐋𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐎𝐑 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐓𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘
• The word “Knowledge” represents more than education and learning. It also reminds us of gratitude.
• No matter how high you rise or how far you travel in life—whether you journey across our homeland or venture out into the world—always remember that you are a descendant of the 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐦 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐜 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐜 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐡.
• Gratitude is the light that guides the soul.
• Always be grateful to your parents, who worked tirelessly to raise and support you. Always be grateful to your roots and ancestors, who gave you your identity, your heritage, and the foundation upon which you stand today.

Dear students,
• Ultimately, the success of the 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 is not measured by how many scholarships we award.
Its true success will be measured by seeing you succeed, seeing you become the next generation of leaders, and seeing you return one day to accompany, support, and lift up those who come after you.
• Today, you receive this scholarship from your elders. Please think of it as a torch being passed from one generation to the next.
• One day, when you have grown into successful adults and achieved your dreams, I hope you will return and take the hands of the younger generation, passing to them the same flame of hope, ambition, and support that you are receiving today.
𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐮𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫:
"This year, the Foundation is honored to award five scholarships to five outstanding students.
• Imagine that ten years from now, when these five students have grown, achieved success, and returned to support five younger students on their own journeys of education and personal growth. Those five students could become 25 new seeds of opportunity.
• Ten years later, if those 25 young people continue this spirit of giving and each helps five more students, that number could grow to 125.
• Within just two or three decades, from the original five seeds planted today, more than 150 young people could receive new opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to society."
• And if this spirit continues from generation to generation, then after half a century, the five seeds planted today will not simply grow into strong and flourishing trees.
• They will help cultivate a lasting family tradition of love for education, gratitude, compassion, and generosity.
• This is more than a multiplication of numbers.
• It is the multiplication of knowledge, compassion, and responsibility.
