Despite facing three felonies of varying severity, the maximum sentence being proposed is just five years. This petition aims to advocate for a minimum of five years behind bars. It's time to hold accountable those whose morally questionable actions continue to put innocent animals at risk. Join us in demanding justice and protecting those who cannot speak for themselves! 🐾💔
WHY THIS PETITION MATTERS:
We the undersigned demand Charles Ivan be held accountable for his vicious actions on September 1. This violent man savagely beat nine dogs, killing seven. We and our supporters demand Charles Ivan face the maximum sentence for each and every charge stemming from this violent incident; it is critical that he face true repercussions for his actions. Additionally, given Charles Ivan’s violent tendencies, we demand this man be prohibited from owning or residing with animals in the future.
