🚀 MAIF KidsWork expanded and we’re excited to introduce our new Impact Series!

KidsWork, our workforce development program for students in grades 6–12, now includes three dynamic opportunities designed to help young people build confidence, explore careers, and gain real world skills:
🔹 Impact Explorers (Middle School) -Foundational skill building, hands-on activities, and early career curiosity.
🔹 Impact Innovators (High School)-
Career exploration, leadership development, real world projects, and mentoring.
🔹 Impact Internships (Ages 16-18)
Meaningful workplace experience through local internship placements.

Students can join any program based on their interests and readiness no prior experience required.

This expansion strengthens our commitment to empowering young people with the tools and experiences they need to grow, lead, and thrive.
