Our Back-to-School FOAM PARTY was a blast! Special thanks to Sweet FOAM Carolina for bringing the fun! It was nice to see so many neighbors enjoying a beautiful day together at the pool. 💕

It’s pretty crazy a person(s) would be so desperate to use our tennis & pickleball courts that they will try to bypass the access fob system by removing the hinge pins on the gate! We’ll have someone come out and repair it soon, but it’s unfortunate we have to use HOA funds due to vandalism. We are checking the cameras to see when this occurred and possibly who did it. If you have any insight on this (especially if you know around what day in might have happened), please send a DM.

We have seen a bit of drop off in usage since the fob system was installed. This awesome amenity is only for Melbourne residents and their guests (max 6) and we want to keep it this way. Please do your part to ensure that the gate is never propped open and also let us know if you see anything strange. This is the same protocol for the pool! The one fob that is assigned to each of the 233 homes in Melbourne works for both gates.
