Northern Cass Community Health and Wellness Center Exploring the development of a new Community Health and Wellness Center in Northern Cass County, ND.

Ensuring people of all ages can stay healthy and well is a priority in our communities. We know people want to be
able to age in place in their own homes, that parents want access to services to enhance the lives of their
children, and that people want to be able to access services close to their home that enhance their lives. Through a unique partnership, we have the incredible opportunity to ex

plore the development of a new
Community Health and Wellness Center. This privately funded initiative will support developing a new building
that will be home to multiple different services and opportunities that would serve people of all ages. The
physical location would be located near the Northern Cass School, yet it would be a separate entity and not
owned/operated by the school.
