Hunt County Resident In Custody On S*x Crime Charge
In February of 2025 Hunt County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Justin Riley Creed on a felony warrant for Online Solicitation of a Minor, the warrant was issued by another county. Creed was transferred to that county where he was released on a $50,000 bond.
On June 10th 2026, Hunt County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Creed on a warrant issued by the Burleson County Sheriff's Office for on line solicitation of a minor. Creed was also arrested on a local warrant for Driving While Intoxicated stemming from a July 2025 arrest by Greenville PD. Creed was transported and booked into the Hunt County Detention Center. His bond for the DWI is $5000 while the bond for the On Line Solicitation of a Minor is $100,000. Burleson County Sheriff Deputies will come to Hunt County to transfer Creed to Burleson County.
Under Texas Penal Code ยง 33.021, online solicitation of a minor is prosecuted as a third or second degree felony felony depending on the age of the victim, carrying penalties of 2 to 20 years in prison, up to $10,000 in fines, and mandatory, lifelong s*x offender registration.
Justin Creed is 27 years old and lives in the unincorporated Kingston community of Hunt County. Creed has a criminal arrest history dating back to July of 2020. His arrests in Hunt County include five for driving while intoxicated. Creed has two convictions for DWI and another case pending from a Greenville Police arrest in 2025. This past April Creed was arrested for public intoxication by officers from the College Station Police Department. College Station is just east of Burleson County.
