WRISE announcement! While we thoroughly enjoyed meeting you all, some issues have resulted in meetings being put on hold for the near future. This includes not having a consistent/indoor meeting venue and lack of a cohost. The group page will not shut down since we still intend to offer resources online AND pause of in-person meetings may resume in the next 6 months if the issues can be resolved.

We appreciate your support and understanding 🙏 Please continue supporting other women and women owned businesses, and feel free to reach out to us for resources in the meantime. We will announce if and when we can restart meetings.

Thursday evening was our 3rd WRISE meeting; what an excellent time! Thanks again to Marybeth Bergen-Gallagher for hosting! The group had many new attendees so we spent some time doing introductions and going over issues from last meeting. So many interesting women and interesting professions! We then did a business exercise in groups of 2 and went over the results. Everyone met someone new and got to reflect on experiences they've had. The Gathering at Marybeth's property provided a surreal background for us to enjoy our conversations.

Yesterday evening was our 2nd WRISE meeting; what an excellent time! Thanks again to 570 Sporting Dog Supply for hosting! The group had many new attendees so we spent some time doing introductions and going over issues from last meeting. So many interesting women and interesting professions! We then did some business role-playing exercises in groups of 2 and went over the results. Everyone met someone new and got to reflect on experiences they've had. Multiple attendees had immediate interest in their services. Penelope assisted throughout the meeting by providing emotional therapy 🐕

Due to the winery no longer being open on Thursdays, we will be changing the venue of our next meeting to 570 Sporting Dog Supply in Dallas! Thank you so much for being willing to host. Additionally, in order for the new venue to accommodate our meeting, we will need to move the date to the following Thursday, June 27th.

We sincerely hope you can accommodate these changes in your schedules. We are greatly looking forward to seeing you all there!

We were SO happy to meet everyone at our first in-person meeting last night! Each one of these women took time out of their extremely busy schedules to support eachother. Multiple women brought friends who were also owners or aspiring owners. Nothing better than that! 🦸‍♀️

The meeting lasted longer than scheduled and was spent getting to know eachother and listening to the needs of each individual. The group did a lot of brainstorming and everyone was very engaged with eachother. It was truly so much fun and we can't wait to host the next event. 🪅🥳🎊

We will have different and new activities every meeting that help teach us new skills and increase communication! Future meetings will also be casted remotely so those who cannot attend can still interact with us ✨️
