Calling all compassionate hearts in the San Francisco/East Bay area! The Sweetleaf Collective is looking for a donor distributor to partner with and help us continue providing vital medical cannabis to our community.
Can you help with:

📦Storage: Do you have unused space that could be used to safely store donations for upcoming Sweetleaf donation giveaways?

🚚Transportation: Do you have a delivery route that goes to one of our partner dispensaries in the area? Maybe we could piggyback on your deliveries to ensure patients receive their donations efficiently.

Last month, Sweetleaf hosted another successful compassion event in partnership with BASA dispensary in San Francisco. Thanks to generous donations from Posibl, Kiva Cares, PAX, Puffco, and Lehua Brands, we were able to provide our patients with a wonderful variety of products.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our donors and encourage everyone to show their appreciation by supporting these amazing companies.

In Memory of Ed Gallagher:

Ed Gallagher of Twin Peaks, San Francisco, passed away on June 6 at the age of 73. Ed was a political activist, artist, and member of the gay and disabled communities. He lived a colorful, complicated life full of twists and turns that ultimately contributed to the betterment of society.

When Ed lost his eyesight in the 1990s, he became an active member of the Bay Area Association of Disabled Sailors, where he served as commodore for six years, maintaining his membership for over 30 years and sharing his love of sailing. For the remaining years of his life, he worked tirelessly to develop a remote guidance system for the blind.

Ed was never timid about attempting new challenges, whether it was bungee jumping or participating in a zero-gravity flight as a blind artist in space. He was an inspiration to his friends and acquaintances, challenging them to overcome their own obstacles in life. His biggest life lesson: be fearless and relentless in advocating for yourself. Ed had far more than nine lives, having been hospitalized many times for ongoing health issues. Had he not been as forceful an advocate for his own life, he would have died years before he did. He lived with passion and pursued life to the fullest. ~ Taken from his eulogy

Twice a year we partner with Hi Fidelity (Berkeley, CA) compassionate care program, to provide much needed donations to their patients in need.
