Single Mothers Coalition

Single Mothers Coalition SMC is a Non-Profit Organization for single mothers. This is not a platform for airing problems, for pity or woe is me.

Our group meets weekly or biweekly to discuss struggles that each of the mothers are facing, to get great resources for child care, grants, jobs, setting up resumes, learn job skills, great websites or more importantly to get advice from the other women in the group who have already faced those same struggles. It is strictly used as problem solving session. In these group meetings these women gai

n stregth and self belief and direction in their lives. The women also act as accountability partners for each other, cheering each other on and calling out behavior that is not in alignment with a healthy life.
