WHAT'S IN YOUR BAG? 👜

Not the bag you carry on your shoulder, but the invisible bag filled with responsibilities, disappointments, unanswered questions, guilt, stress, grief, and the weight of always having to be STRONG!

As caregivers, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we sometimes forget WE NEED CARE, TOO!

I've spent years encouraging caregivers to practice self-care, and I've come to realize that sometimes the person reminding everyone else to take a break needs that same reminder. ❤️

That's why Love Has No Disability Inc. invites you to our next
I Am Not "JUST" a Caregiver Luncheon — UNPACKING THE BAG!

This isn't just another luncheon. It's an opportunity to come together, share some laughter, reflect, reconnect, and begin releasing some of the emotional weight we've been carrying.

Because being a caregiver is part of who we are, but IT IS NOT ALL THAT WE ARE!
