One Table Cohasset is the perfect hostess gift for your 🇺🇸 holiday celebrations. The book highlights over 150 special recipes from the community including one of our favorites, Pete’s Cohasset Ceviche.

Pete Karlovits was an avid (dare we say obsessed) fisherman. He was also a teacher and mentor, sharing his love of fishing with his family, friends and the friends of his son, Drew. Pete’s passion for 🎣 and being on the water was shared with anyone he met. Pete would prepare his ceviche for parties and folks would follow him around for more!

Along with his thoughtful advice, Pete often shared fresh fish with his friends and this recipe. We can still hear Pete reminding all his buddies as they pulled out of his driveway with fresh fish to “not forget the Carr’s black pepper water crackers!!”
