The VA's updated Agent Orange presumptive illness list for 2025 includes the addition of hypertension and monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS). The PACT Act, passed in 2022, significantly expanded the list of presumptive conditions related to Agent Orange and other toxic exposures for which veterans can receive benefits.
New presumptive conditions
