Since its development, the CCC has expanded its priority focus from adolescent health issues to include comprehensive health and wellness, community beautification/economic development, recreation, and youth and family enrichment and education.

The Oklahoma Rural Health Transformation Program has released a public grant application through a Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Rural Regional Reorientation (RRR) Program.

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 12, 2026.

RRR will provide grants of up to $4 million to eligible clinical and social service providers, either individually or in partnership with one or more entities.

Every second and fourth Friday of the month, Tammy Bray-Wright is at the Choctaw County Library (703 E Jackson St.) in Hugo from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. ready to help connect you to the resources you need.
