No dia 23 de junho a Sociedade do Império Micaelense de Hudson, Emanuel Graça e Maria Resendes, entregarão ao Império Mariense de Hudson um cheque na quantia de $16,225.58, demonstrando um enorme respeito ao Divino Espírito Santo império irmão, o Imperio Mariense.
A dissolução da Sociedade do Império Micaelense de Hudson após 112 anos de existência é uma perda imensa para a preservação das tradições açorianas em Hudson e na Nova Inglaterra. Este infelizment foi dissolvido por falta de terem uma direção para o continuar.
Em 2023, a Sra. Maria Resendes, tesoureira da direção fez um apelo público para poder encontrar nova direção com esperança de atrair as gerações mais jovens para assumir a liderança mas ninguem se chegou à frente.
É impossível falar do Império Micaelense sem lembrar a dedicação de Carmen e Emanuel Graça. Por muitos anos, eles foram a alma da organização, investindo tempo e dedicação para realizar as grande festa anual que reunia a comunidade. O falecimento da Sra. Carmen Graça deixou um vazio impossível de preencher.
O Imperio Mariense de Hudson e a comunidade de Hudson gostaria de publicamente agradecer a Maria Resendes e Emanuel Graça e desejar Eterno Descanso a Carmen Graça.
On June 23, the Sociedade do Império Micaelense de Hudson, Emanuel Graça and Maria Resendes, presented the Império Mariense de Hudson with a check in the amount of $16,225.58, showing an enormous respect for the Divine Holy Spirit and its brother império, the Império Mariense.
The dissolution of the Império Micaelense after 112 years of existence is a great loss for the preservation of Azorean traditions in Hudson and New England.

In 2023, Mrs. Maria Resendes, treasurer of the committe, made a public appeal to find interested committee members with the hope of attracting younger generations to take over the leadership, but no one stepped forward.
It is impossible to speak of the Império Micaelense without remembering the dedication of Carmen and Emanuel Graça. For many years, they were the soul of the organization, investing their time and dedication in hosting the annual feast that brought the community together. The passing of Mrs. Carmen Graça left a void impossible to fill.
The Império Mariense and the Hudson community would like to publicly thank Maria Resendes and Emanuel Graça and wish Eternal Rest to Carmen Graça.
