Good morning Mother Teresa's family and friends. The new update on Skylar, yesterday she had to go to the cath lab because she was not getting enough oxygen in her blood, so they had to repack her chest and do a balloon procedure on one of her arteries. Her oxygen levels are better now. Please keep praying for her and our family. Cassie has set up a GoFundMe page to help them with gas and all the expenses that go along with staying in Iowa City, if you can help it would be tremendously appreciated. God bless you all and thank you. If all goes well this weekend I hope to be back at the mission next week.

Good morning Mother Teresa family and friends, yesterday what is a very stressful and prayerful day. Little Skyler came through surgery well, but the next 48 hours are critical and we have already had some scares. Please continue to pray for her , Cassie and Jake. She is still looking at two more surgeries, one when she is 3 months old and one later. I would like to thank you all for all the wonderful prayers you sent up for our Skylar and humbly ask you to continue to pray for her the God will bring her to health and that she will not need a complete heart transplant. Thank you all so much for your understanding and your prayers.

Good morning friends of Mother Teresa's. I'm sure a lot of you have been wondering what is going on with our mission and Thrift Shop. Well my granddaughter Skyler Harper was born on the 19th of July and she was born with a heart defect, she was born with half a heart. And I have been going back and forth to Iowa City to be with my daughter Cassie and the baby, today is the day they are doing surgery on little Skyler's heart please pray for her that she will be whole and healthy. I will keep you posted as to her status and I will be back at Mother Teresa's Mission and thrift shop as soon as I can. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and prayers they are all greatly greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless you all
